Paige Lippe

MA, BCBA, School Psychologist

Paige Lippe is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), School Psychologist, and educational consultant with more than 26 years of experience supporting children, families, and educators. Throughout her career, she has worked across public schools, home-based programs, and community settings throughout the New York metropolitan region. She currently serves as a full-time BCBA in a public school district, where she primarily supports older children and adolescents with complex learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.

Paige is known for her collaborative, practical approach to problem-solving. Drawing on decades of experience, she helps families and professionals navigate challenges with confidence, creativity, and compassion. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful progress happens when interventions are both evidence-based and realistic for the people implementing them. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions, she works alongside parents, teachers, and service providers to develop strategies that align with each family’s values, strengths, and unique circumstances.

For more than two years, Paige has collaborated with Al through home and community-based services, supporting several families together. She has observed firsthand Al’s ability to remain calm during challenging situations, preserve the dignity of the individuals he serves, and build meaningful relationships with both children and their caregivers. His commitment to parent training, family support, and compassionate care reflects the same values that guide Paige’s own professional work.

As Gentle Waves grows, Paige looks forward to supporting its mission through consultation, parent education, and clinician training. She believes that access to high-quality behavioral services, family guidance, and respite care can have a transformative impact on children and caregivers alike. Gentle Waves represents an important step toward expanding these opportunities for families in a region where such resources remain limited, and Paige is honored to contribute to that vision.
